Discharge sensors MIDA-DV-13P, MIDA-DIV-13P, etc.
Microelectronic discharge sensors are designed for continuous conversion of the overpressure and discharge values of liquids and gases that are non-aggressive to the materials of the contacting parts (titanium alloys VT-1 and VT-9) into a unified DC signal or DC voltage in pressure monitoring and control systems used, including in the nuclear power industry.
The sensors are designed to operate at a temperature of the measured medium and ambient air from minus 40 to plus 80 C. The design and coating of the sensors ensures resistance to oils and detergents.

About MIDA
The industrial group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Microelectronic Sensors) was formed in 1991 from the scientific and production complex Ulyanovsk Center for Microelectronics and Automation in Mechanical Engineering (RPC UCM). The staff of the Research Institute - Research Institute of Integrated Sensors became the basis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs team.
